Because the game time's reference point is 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern time, U.S.-based players are not affected by the change, although they need to remember to change their clocks.
For those of us outside the U.S., that means that Eastern time will now be GMT -4 instead of -5. So, the game start will be an hour EARLIER (at 9:00 PM GMT instead of 10:00 PM GMT).
For our U.K.-based players, they will have their own DST change on March 31st, so this shift to an earlier time is temporary for them.
