Upgrading to CEP 2.62

I'd like to upgrade the mod to the latest CEP version (2.62), a January 2017 release. It's only available as a full (around 1GB) download, so I wouldn't expect people to do it by this Sunday (Oct 15), but it would be good to have it in place by the following session.

If you could post when you have it installed in your hak folder, once everyone has done that I'll update the mod.

I installed it. We'll see if everything works fine. I put all the haks in the hak folder and the tlk in the tlk folder so I think that was all that needed to be done.

Sorry, I had it in my head that I had another week so I've flaked and not installed it. I'm d/ling and installing now but it is a bit big.
