It is past sunset on Ches 20 and the meeting with the Scarlet Company is in full swing at the Empty Fish tavern. Shanni remains hidden outside, watching the building as Darrow, Dermot and Aerikoth sit talking with their counterparts. So far nothing has been decided regarding the Scarlet's employment by House Cormaeril and the discussion, it seems, may have just begun.
